Mark Avenell has just added this sticker to his collection. All he knows about it is that it was issued in Uruguay. I don't reconize it so I thought I would add it to my blog in the hope that someone will be able to identify it.
UPDATE (23-01-2018 12:31): Further research by Mark has identified this sticker and it comes from a collection previously featured on this blog - Industria Argentina - El Libro De Los Mundiales (1978).
